MAKE OPEN-ENDED DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT MORE APPROACHABLE WITH TEXT ANALYSIS
While much of community input comes in qualitative responses, that doesn’t mean meaningful data can’t be easily extracted. With EngagementHQ's advanced text analytics, administrators can sort open-ended responses based on demographic data to understand the needs of different groups within a community. Moreover, EngagementHQ can determine sentiment in individual comments (positive, negative, or neutral), allowing for community sentiment to be determined quickly on important issues.
DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING EngagementIQ Advanced Training
Looking to get more from your data? Dan Popping, our Australia and New Zealand Practice Lead, is hosting two advanced training courses to walk through all things reporting in EngagementHQ! Reporting and analysis of community feedback shouldn’t be difficult. With sentiment analysis, demographic filtering, and advanced survey data analysis capabilities, EngagementHQ makes it easier than ever.
