Engagement Embeds
Don't make community members do their own detective work when it comes to finding engagement consultations. Generate a code snippet or stand-alone link and place it in various web environments. All you have to do is click the 'Share' button on your quick poll or survey and copy and paste from one domain to another.
Tag Manager lets site admins create and maintain project tags in one brand new, dedicated interface —sort tags by name, number of projects and creation date. Keep tags organised and tidy with tag naming conventions and streamline sorting, organising and finding projects for your community and team. It's easy to get started; we show you how here.
We've made sharing your project easier to do. You can now quickly find, copy and share your project URL with new quick links. Simply click 'Copy page URL' at the top of your project page and get sharing.
New Look Project Manager
We know you've been busy creating lots of engagement projects to keep up with the great digital migration. That's why it's now easier than ever for you to sort and manage projects with quick actions and freeze columns, so when your projects grow, so does your productivity.
From new to known with Konveio
Participants logged into EngagementHQ will now be able to add a comment to Konveio documents using their existing EngagementHQ credentials - allowing you to match contributions in Konveio against registered users in EngagementHQ.
Setting Updates
Got a YouTube account that helps you get information to your community? You can now add it to your engagement sites footer. Find configuration in Appearance > Homepage Editor > Footer.
Coming soon: Last edited date We're introducing 'last edited date' to project page content to comply with evolving digital practice requirements.
You'll be able to choose whether you show or hide these settings via the left-hand side navigation, click Site Settings > Project Settings. Find out more here.
